About the Event

The Skill BuildHer Luncheon is an empowering annual event dedicated to advancing the careers and ambitions of young women in Northern New Jersey. This inspirational luncheon brings together 86 female high school and college students with 60 accomplished female professionals from diverse industries for a day filled with mentorship, career insights, and transformative guidance.

As a professional volunteer, you will share your personal journey, triumphs, and lessons learned on the path to success. Your presence will motivate and empower the next generation of female leaders.

We're Looking for Female Professionals to:

✓ Share your career journey and personal story

✓ Engage with students through guided activities

✓ Provide mentorship and encouragement

✓ Be a role model and source of inspiration

No preparation required!  Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc. will facilitate all activities. Simply bring your authentic self and be ready to inspire young women who are eager to learn from your experiences.

Through interactive discussions and mentorship opportunities, you'll help students:

• Explore diverse career pathways

• Build confidence and professional skills

• Gain real-world insights from accomplished women

• Develop networks and connections for their futures

Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aims to equip and empower young women ages 14-21 to pursue their purpose in the marketplace and their communities.
