About the Conference
Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc. and One Family One Fight have partnered to bring career and college readiness tools to the students of P-Tech High School. The Legacy Builders Conference is the first of three events designed to create meaningful impact through purpose-driven youth programming, mentorship, and culturally relevant experiences.
This one-day immersive experience is designed to equip 86 young men in grades 9-12 with essential life skills, career readiness tools, and mentorship. Through interactive workshops, professional panels, and real-world guidance, participants will build confidence, explore career pathways, and develop the skills needed to succeed in college, career, and life.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to impact young men at P-Tech High School and equip them with tools to lead and thrive in their communities.
We're Looking for Male Professionals to:
✓ Lead a life skills workshop (topics below)
✓ Facilitate small group discussions
✓ Be a present encouragement and role model for young men
We're seeking men from various industries including:
Education
Engineering
Medicine
IT
Law/Politics
Business
And more!
Workshop Topics We Need Presenters For:
No prep required – We provide materials and guidance!
Self-Care & Presence – Grooming, hygiene, mindset, and self-respect
The Money Game – Credit, saving, budgeting, and building wealth
Next Steps – Exploring college, trades, entrepreneurship, or military
Mastering Emotions – Mental health, anger management, emotional intelligence
Real Talk: Relationships & Respect – Communication, boundaries, dating, and consent
Boss Up – Goal setting, discipline, time management, and creating a plan

Registration Deadline: March 1, 2026 or when 60 male volunteers are registered
