About the Event
The Mock Interview Challenge is an empowering event dedicated to preparing young people in Northern New Jersey for career success. This hands-on experience brings together 186 high school and college students with accomplished professionals from diverse industries for a day of real-world interview practice and career guidance.
As a professional volunteer, you will conduct mock interviews, provide constructive feedback, and share insights from your career journey. Your participation will help students build confidence and sharpen the skills they need to land their first opportunities.
We're Looking for Professionals to:
✓ Conduct mock interviews with students
✓ Provide constructive feedback and coaching
✓ Share career insights and advice
✓ Be a role model and source of encouragement

What to Expect
No preparation required! Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc. will facilitate all activities and provide interview guides. Simply bring your authentic self and be ready to help students practice their interview skills.
Through mock interviews and feedback sessions, you'll help students:
• Practice answering common interview questions
• Build confidence and reduce interview anxiety
• Receive professional feedback on their presentation
• Learn what employers are looking for
