Every year, Yes, M.I.S.S. Inc. hosts a community event that introduces female students from Northern New Jersey to a variety of careers. This free event provides young women with opportunities to connect with professional mentors, learn essential career skills, and gain inspiration to pursue their goals.

This event is free and open to female high school juniors, seniors, recent high school graduates, and college students.

No, this event is completely free for eligible students.

Transportation is not provided. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue.

Yes, parents or caring adults are welcome to attend. However, if they choose to eat lunch, there is a $100 fee for their meal.
