Latasha has been involved with YMI for three years and was part of our first graduating class. Now a YMI alumna, she remains connected to the program. Through networking events, company tours, and professional development workshops, she developed her elevator pitch, visited colleges, and made friends with like-minded young women.

In the fall of her senior year, Latasha was selected out of over 25,000 applicants to the Quest Bridge program, earning a full four-year scholarship to Cornell University.

Today, Latasha is thriving at Cornell, studying animal science and well on her way to achieving her dream of becoming a veterinarian.
